Donation of 1500 Euros to Marsa Scout Group (December 2008)

The Grand Priory of the Mediterranean has a long tradition of aiding and assisting the Scout Movement in Malta. The Gozo Scouts Group have indeed been under the patronage of the Order for these last five years.

During the Christmas period, a delegation from the Grand Priory, led by the Secretary General of the Grand Priory, Chev. Charles Caruana KLJ and the Deputy Marshal Confrere William Acton CLJ, visited the headquarters of the Marsa Scouts Group and presented the Group Scout Leader Alfred Savona with a donation, in cash and in kind, amounting to 1500 Euros in order to aid and assist this very active group of Scouters in Malta.
